Hosted trip - Christmas Island

Folks Please note: Due to the COVID-19 situation the 2020 trip has been cancelled, however we have already re-scheduled for 2021. Read on to learn more.

Each year we run a hosted trip to the Christmas Island in the Pacific Ocean and there's a big reason we keep going back..... It's so damn amazing! This is definitely one place to fish before you die and if the CXI bug bites you, then you'll be back before you know it!

Trips are co-ordinated via Andy Vockler from "In2Fly". Andy has been fishing the island since 2008 and since then, has clocked up 45 weeks of experience on this gorgeous tropical Atoll. With both Andy and myself onboard as hosts, you will be in good hands and we'll be tailoring your trip to suit your objectives.

Expect world class flats fishing to Bonefish, Triggerfish and Giant Trevally. For those looking for the next challenge, join us in a quest for the stretch targets. Milkfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Sailfish and Giant Herring are all on offer.

The venue is set at the "Villages Resort" where you will be treated to great food, accomodation and gorgeous lagoon views. You will head out by boat in small groups each day and will have a guide to yourself. Trust me when I say, the eyes on these guys are amazing! Guides are rotated daily, so you will have plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced professionals who walk the flats almost daily.

At the end of each day be prepared to enjoy a cold drink, fresh sashimi and tales of the shared fishing adventures of the day.

2021 dates are set for the 28th Jul – 04th Aug and the cost is $3150 for the weeks fishing, accomodation and food. Depending on where departing from expect an additional $1200 - $1800 to cover transit accomodation and flights.

For more detail, send us an enquiry here and we will be in touch with a full info pack.
